At Treesadda, we take pride in delivering fresh, healthy plants and quality gardening products. Due to the perishable and delicate nature of live plants, we follow a strict No Return, No Refund policy.
No Return or Refund After Sale
- Once your order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances.
- Please check your order details carefully before confirming payment.
Damaged or Wrong Product Received
- Product was physically damaged during delivery.
- You received a completely different item than what was ordered.
To raise a claim:
- Send an email to info@treesadda.com within 24 hours of delivery
- Attach clear photos of the product and packaging
- Mention your Order ID and contact details
If valid, we may:
- Offer a replacement product, or
- Provide store credit at our sole discretion
Not Covered Under Return or Refund
- Minor damage to leaves or pot due to transit
- Color, size, or shape variations of plants
- Wrong planting or care by the customer
- Delays caused by courier partners
